This form is to be used for canvassing your neighborhood to see how many of your neighbors are interested in joining a Neighborhood Watch Group. If the people are interested and will support Neighborhhod Watch Activities fill in their information. If they are not interested put the House # down but write not interested in the space. If the house is vacant put the house number down and write vacant in the space. Print this form and use it to organize a Neighborhood Watch Group. Be sure to add the number, breed and names of the pets in the family of the NW member.
