Description: The mission of the Facilities and Grounds Committee is to advise, assist and recommend to the ECIA Board of Directors actions that encourage long-range planning and development for the upkeep and improvement of facilities and areas in the community center complex and all amenities of the ECIA. The recommendations of the Facilities and Grounds Committee shall be based on their collective judgment as they balance the needs of the community with available financial resources.
