Architectural Committee Meetings Schedule Change
The Architectural Committee will now meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, at 7 P.M. in the Community Center.
The mission of this committee is to support the ECIA Board in implementing the Protective Covenants and Building Restrictions as residents and developers submit plans for constructing, adding, or remodeling dwellings and other structures covered under the covenants and guidelines.

Road Survey results are in!
Residents/owners of 620 Eldorado homes (23%) responded to the
recent ECIA Survey or Road Preferences. 54% favor retaining dirt surfaces and
67% are against incurring a special assessment to fund improvements to their
roads. More details and a full list of the comments received from respondents
are posted on this ECIA website.

A Note from PNM
In an effort to keep the community informed, PNM is announcing that we will be upgrading equipment at our Eldorado Substation near Moya Court (Ave Vista Grande and RR tracks). PNM will begin replacement of equipment on Monday, August 23 and expects construction to last five (5) weeks. Our contractor will be working Mon - Fri from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. You can expect to see contractor vehicles in the area of work. No outages to your service are planned.
